Shipping Policy

Production of our USS Arizona Medal of Freedom begins once your order is placed, which includes the engraving of your medal's serial number and your choice of a limited edition heading. The time needed to produce and engrave each medal varies with demand, and an estimated fulfillment time is displayed at checkout. Once your order is produced, it will be shipped via FedEx Express 2-Day, along with its accompanying bonus package, at no charge.

Return Policy

Each order is a $1,000 donation to the Lauren F. Bruner USS Arizona Memorial Foundation, in which your gift for this donation is a USS Arizona Medal of Freedom. Returns can be requested by contacting the foundation via phone (808-202-2037) or email (info@ussaz.org), and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, as each medal is custom engraved.
